HELLO!

I’m a senior creative professional with a dynamic and diverse career in brand advertising and marketing communications—one filled with experiences that have shaped me into one of the most versatile professionals in the industry.

My journey spans multiple creative disciplines, from video production and photography to art direction, operations, and strategy. This broad range of experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of how every piece of the process fits together—allowing me to see the bigger picture and deliver impactful solutions. Over the years, I’ve embraced emerging technologies, including AI-driven design and automation tools, which have further enhanced my ability to craft innovative, data-informed creative solutions. These tools have allowed me to streamline workflows, improve personalization, and push creative boundaries.

Today, I’m a more effective leader and storyteller, equipped with the insights and skills needed to lead teams and create work that resonates in an ever-evolving landscape.

As Senior Director of Marketing Communication and Creative Services at Within3, I was responsible for all internal and external communications, including PR, across written, digital, print, and video—from concept to final delivery. During my tenure, the company doubled in size and evolved from a single solution to a multi-use platform with over 40 applications. The scale of content and communication required was immense, and none of it would be possible without the talented team I was able to bring together.

Leading and mentoring diverse teams at all stages of their careers has been a rewarding part of my journey. As an in-house agency, we deliver industry-leading creative in the life sciences tech space—often setting trends that competitors follow months later. Our success is a testament to the innovative, high-quality work we produce, leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in the fast-evolving landscape.

As Creative Director at Atomic D, I had the privilege of leading and mentoring a talented team of designers, illustrators, and editors. Initially brought on as a consultant to assess operations and lead the agency’s rebrand, I was soon asked to join full-time after a successful collaboration on a project with Twitter.

I developed a visual concept for Twitter’s Hispanic Heritage Month campaign, which impressed the client so much that they hired me through Atomic D to write and direct an evergreen video for their Hispanic Heritage Month recruiting efforts.

My role encompassed leading creative projects heavy in illustration, video, and branding, while also fostering career growth and mentoring within the team. One of my proudest achievements was developing the name and visual identity for the agency’s rebrand to "Designerds."

Coming in to head Creative and Creative Services within the Marketing team at Neato was a great experience. Reporting directly to the CMO and CEO made for an interesting dynamic. Creatively I was tasked with concept through execution of campaigns, with the added benefit of also collaborating in the development of marketing strategies that drove those campaigns. Creatively I led in everything from concept, to copy writing - including scripts, as well as art direction. Working with and managing agency partners globally, in the adaptation  and localization of work created. In addition to direct collaboration on broadcast spots for Sweden.

When I joined HH Global in the US, I was tasked with managing Creative Services, initially leading a small team of three at Google US. Within a year, I grew the US team to nearly 10 designers and project managers, established an independent office in San Francisco, and expanded our services to major clients like HSBC, Bayer, and Google.

By the following year, I scaled Creative Services across the Americas, overseeing teams in the US, Brazil, and Mexico. This included managing projects for Unilever in Latin America and HSBC, where we executed high-profile campaigns like a corporate marketing video for their launch.

At On3 my role as Director of Creative services ranged from concept through to production and in some cases, on-camera talent. The team was small, resourceful and dynamic. Like the Anolon Infused Copper video, the projects always challenged us to present complex themes and ideas in simple and engaging ways. Working mainly in packaging, photography, and digital, we constantly brought our clients concepts and results that exceeded their expectations. My role allowed me to explore techniques and solutions not tried before, which always made the job so much more exciting and the results more dynamic.

But wait, there's more.... Well there is a lot more but by now you get the picture.

"If you awaken from this illusion and you understand that black implies white, self implies other, life implies death (or shall I say death implies life?), you can feel yourself – not as a stranger in the world, not as something here on probation, not as something that has arrived here by fluke - but you can begin to feel your own existence as absolutely fundamental."
